Active Dreaming Level 1
In this class we will learn many of the ancient arts of understanding dreams, both sleeping
and waking. You will learn how ancient people around the world worked, played and
understood their dreams and the Dreamtime. We will work with the whole spectrum of
dreaming and visionary experience, including the uninvited dreams that show us what we
need to know and the symbols and synchronicities of everyday life. You will learn the
"lightning dreamwork" technique, a method of effectively telling and gaining insight and
ideas for follow-up action. You will learn to understand dreaming true, scanning for
precognitive material in dreams and taking appropriate action. We will practice dream
reentry and tracking, to clarify messages or dream onward for resolution. We will play with
creative dreaming and games, both sources of great healing and joy. And more!!
Level 1 will meet on ??? from 6:30-8pm for 6 weeks

Cost: $25 per month (2 meetings)

comfortable atmosphere and common understanding of various techniques
within the group.

Active Dreaming Level 2
In this class we will deepen the connection to our self and our environment. We will learn
techniques for healing ourselves and others using dream imagery. We will learn to create
powerful stories that can shift the energies and direction of health for those in need. We will
practice conscious dream travel to recover the parts of our true selves that were lost
through past trauma. We will ground ourselves by connecting to animals that are calling to
us from our dreams. We will also explore conscious scouting into the future or unknown
places to gain knowledge for safety and health. And of course, we will continue developing
our intuition and bringing out the child and artist in ourselves!
You must have taken level 1 to embark on level 2!
Level 2 will meet on ??? from 6:30-8pm for 6 weeks

Level 1-These classes are meant to give depth of meaning and understanding to a few of the methods introduced in the monthly meetings. These
will expand greatly on the concepts presented at the monthly meetings and each person will be able to share multiple dreams throughout the
session. They will also give a rich background and history of dreaming around the world.
