Swimming suit or something you can get totally wet and muddy in!
Clothing: Dress for the weather and bring clothes that you can get dirty. We
recommend earth-tone colors for blending in to the surroundings.

Eating Utensils: bowl, plate, spoon, knife, or whatever you'll be using

Food Recommendations: Trail Mix, Sandwich items, Bagels, Fruit, Eggs (can be cooked over
fire or hard boiled at home), Meat (can be cooked over the fire on a spit, rock, or stick)
We will have a fire to cook over for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights and could be used for
breakfast too. There’s a nice new food co-op in Paoli where you can get organic foods, bulk items
like dried fruit and granola, and trail mix. For a map go to www.lostrivercoop.com
You can bring your own cooler with ice or you can share a cooler that I will bring for participants.
Note:
We will hike in a short distance from the vehicles (<1 mile) and set up a base camp with our tents
and then a separate primitive camp where we will work on skills. There will not be strenuous hiking
with backpacks on.
We will be a short walk from nice outdoor (yet private) toilets and solar-heated showers along with
a sink and mirror that are available for our needs.
